BISE (Board of intermediate and secondary education) Multan was established in 1968 in 30, March. After the establishment, it started functioning as an independent institute. It is situated on the Near Justice Colony, Gol Bagh Gulgasht Colony, and Multan. Multan board takes the examination from 9th class to 12th Class. In Pakistan the system of the education is divided as; primary (1-5), secondary (6-8), intermediate (9-10), intermediate (11-12) and university level. BISE Multan has control on these areas Multan, Khanewal, Vehari and Lodhran. Multan board takes the examination from 9th class to 12th Class. Generally the result of these exams is announced as follows: 9th class on 25 August 10th class on 25 July 1st year on October 2nd year in September.
Almost 240,000 candidates appear for an annual metric exam every year in BISE Multan and around about 130,000 candidates appear for an annual Intermediate exam every year. If we include the supply exams figures in it, we can say that every year the BISE Multan arrange the exam process of around 400,000 candidates. And this figure is increasing around 10% yearly. This credit goes to the BISE Multan Board.
ICOM stands for the intermediate in Commerce. This is about the study of banking and commerce. They acquire knowledge about the important role of financial and individual institutions, particularly the operation of securities markets. The duration of the program is two years. That's why it is the Pars-2 of ICOM students. The BISE will conduct terminal examinations on completion of 1st Year and 2nd Year’s sessions. It is all about the competition.
